Read tinycto, make an account, connect an MCP client to it: you've agreed to these terms. Don't agree? Easy fix, don't use the site.

I'm JP LeBlanc, I built and run tinycto. These terms are the deal between us, said plainly.

tinycto's a curriculum on running an engineering org, free, organized by company stage: all 70+ lessons, no account required, and that's not changing.

An account gets you the MCP server, the curriculum pulled straight into Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, whatever client you use. Some tools are free today. Others might move to a paid tier later, but you'll hear about it before it happens, not after.

Keep your details accurate, keep your credentials to yourself. Whatever happens under your account is on you, so don't hand out the login. One person, one account, and if you sign in with Google or GitHub, their terms apply too, stacked on top of these.

Use tinycto and the MCP server the way they're built for: read the curriculum, connect your own clients, share what's useful.

Don't scrape the whole thing to republish or resell elsewhere. Don't hammer the API or MCP server hard enough to slow it down for everyone else. Don't try to work around authentication, and don't use the content to build a knockoff of this curriculum.

Step outside that, and we can rate-limit, suspend, or cut off access.

The curriculum, the tinycto name, the way the site looks, that's my work. Read it, quote it with attribution, link to it. That's the whole point of publishing it.

You're not licensed to republish lessons wholesale, repackage the curriculum as your own course, or feed it into a dataset for a competing product. Want to do something outside normal reading and sharing? Email hello@tinycto.com first.

tinycto is field notes from twenty-five years running engineering orgs. It's not legal, financial, or HR advice tailored to your situation, and it's not meant to be followed blindly, including whatever a generated opinion tells you for your specific question.

You're the one making the calls in your org. We're not liable for what happens when you apply something you read here.

Links out to other sites, LinkedIn, GitHub, X, tools we reference, are there for convenience. We don't control them and we're not responsible for what they do with you once you click through.

Delete your account any time: email hello@tinycto.com. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, with notice when that's practical.

The curriculum stays free and available no matter what happens to any one account.

tinycto comes as-is, no warranties, express or implied. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we're not promising zero downtime or zero errors across 70+ lessons.

To whatever extent the law allows, tinycto and I aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the service.

Terms change as the service does. A material change moves the date below and gets a direct notice to account holders, not a silent edit.

These terms run under generally applicable law, no conflict-of-law maneuvering. If one clause turns out unenforceable, the rest still stands.
